Sometimes you might not be altogether satisfied with the products that you've purchased. Not to worry! At Shippoz.com, returns are easy!

All you need to do, is to let us know about your desire to return products through any of the following means.

And our returns team would take it up from there! Free Returns: Returns are FREE at Shippoz.com. We will arrange for a free pick up of your shipment from your location. In case you are in a location where our FREE pick up facility is unavailable, we request you to ship your package using a courier service of your choice, to the following address:

Guidelines to Return Products: For hassle free returns processing, do ensure:

• Clothes are not used or worn (other than trials)

• Original tags & packaging is intact.

• Clothes are not damaged or stained in any manner.

• Original invoice is packed along with the products you wish to return

• All accessories that come along with the products are packed.

• There are no scratches or deformities on the surface of watches, sunglasses or deformities.

• Seal is not broken for cosmetics & perfumes

• Embellishments & Sequins are not damaged in case of jewellery and handbags You can return almost anything you buy within 30 days (of delivery) from Shippoz.com. However for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for lingerie, innerwear, and socks. How to pack your return package:

It is quite simple:

Step 1: Prepare your returns box - Securely pack the products you want to return in a box/envelope. You can either use the Shippoz box/envelope or use a box/envelope of your own. Product such as Shoes, Perfumes, watches come in their own boxes. Please use an additional layer of outer envelope or box to pack, when you return these products. We may not be able to process returns for products that have damaged original boxes/casings.

Step 2: Put the tags, and original invoice received from Shippoz into the returns box and secure the box with an adhesive tape

Step 3: Finally paste the Self-gumming RETURNS LABEL on the box. This label has your order number and the returns delivery address.
